tlh ngoQ: Security email is part of the account itself. Password reset links and email-change confirmation links are sent when those flows are requested, and they cannot be turned off from account settings.
tlh ngoQ: If you still want to use password recovery or change the address on the account, keep access to a working email inbox and use the tlh ngoQ: account security tlh ngoQ: page when you need to update that address.
tlh ngoQ: Optional feature email
tlh ngoQ: Feature email is separate. You can turn individual alerts on or off from the tlh ngoQ: email preferences tlh ngoQ: section on the account page.
- tlh ngoQ: Trackable secret-code lookup alerts tell you when someone uses a private trackable secret code or scan-only QR access.

tlh ngoQ: How opt-out works
tlh ngoQ: You can disable every optional feature email, or only the categories you do not want. Turning off optional feature email does not turn off password reset or other required account-security email.
tlh ngoQ: Feature alerts are sent to the current email address on your account. If that address changes later, future optional alerts use the new address.
tlh ngoQ: Team member and admin scopes
tlh ngoQ: Some optional alerts let you choose between teams you belong to and teams you administer. Admins are also team members, so LocationNotes sends only one email for the same event even when both scopes are enabled.
